Worse than labor? Probably not.

I just finished uploading all of the photographer’s pictures to Flickr and I think I may just lose my mind. Oh wait, there it goes. Is this what being married is all about. Creating online photo albums and baking pies. And cleaning.

Oh yes, also, in the extreme boredom of early pregnancy, I decided it’s never to early to decorate for the holidays. Trent was ecstatic to learn he has married a complete freak. The stockings are up, the fake tree has been assembled, and I even bought a candle that smells like fresh baking. Fuck Martha, here comes Megan!

The sweet smell of cinnamon in the air, the flicker of the little lights on the plastic trees, and the WB on the tele. It must be the holiday season…. Can’t wait to get lit off egg-nog and put antlers on Molly (my dog). Maybe this year I can ask for socks.

Ha! I put my tree up already too. Brett went on post and got this gigantic pre-lit tree that we totally don’t have room for. But it’s up anyway. Too bad we are poor and can’t afford any ornaments! So is this neting syndrome I am hearing already, Spooner?

Glad I’m not the only nut. I put my tree up November 6th! I couldn’t help it. I LOVE Christmas. And I too have the baking candles and even got dog bone garland so that Max can have his own Christmas corner! Pathetic..I know. But what’s worse, Brad hated me that day because I had him help decorate with me, and it was 85 degrees that day in Texas. Not quite a white Christmas. Hope you’re doing well girlie! Love you! 🙂
